Returns

We ONLY accept returns that are non-personalized. Any custom or personalized orders we will not accept any returns. You must contact us within 10 days of the receipt of the item to request a return. There will be a 15% restocking fee and the refund will be initiated once the item has been received back and is not damaged.  

Shipping

Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to ship. Once shipped we utilize USPS and will send packages either first class or priority based on the weight of the package. During peak season we have to adjust our shipping times to meet demand for a particular item.
